COI Chaser is a certificate-of-insurance and vendor-contract compliance platform built specifically for independent school business offices. AI reads your vendor contracts and extracts the insurance requirements — coverage limits, Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation, Primary & Non-Contributory, Hold Harmless — then reads each certificate of insurance and checks it against those requirements line-by-line, flagging exactly what's compliant, short, or missing. When a gap turns up, or a policy is set to lapse mid-contract, COI Chaser automatically emails the vendor's insurance producer and escalates until it's resolved, cc'ing your team on every message so nothing happens without your knowledge. Waivers and exceptions are recorded with a documented reason, giving your office a defensible compliance record. A free, read-only portal lets your broker follow along. Plans start free and scale with your school's vendor volume, from a single-user tracker to a full team workflow with unlimited contract and COI processing.
