This three-week course is built for busy school teams who want practical results. We’ll break down what ChatGPT is, how to choose the best model for your needs, and how to apply it to everyday work through hands-on activities and real-world case studies. You’ll practice using documents as style guides and walk away with a simple, repeatable approach to using AI more strategically and confidently.
*Please note that this course was designed to be completed within about three weeks time, but you will have access to your MISBO University ChatGPT for up to two months after the course purchase date.

Week 1: Build Your AI Foundation
Learn how to use AI safely and effectively, including the fundamentals of privacy, responsible use, prompting, and working with ChatGPT.

Week 2: Put AI to Work
Move beyond basic prompting to work with documents and data, summarize and synthesize information, analyze spreadsheets, and turn complex information into useful insights.

- Using AI to work with spreadsheets and data
- Identifying trends, answering questions, and exploring scenarios
- Creating useful outputs for different audiences and stakeholders
Week 3: Make AI Part of Your Workflow
Bring it all together by creating practical AI-powered workflows for real school tasks, reducing repetitive work, improving efficiency, and building tools you can continue using after the course.
