Webinar: The ROI of Financial Aid: Strengthening Mission, Enrollment, and Revenue

Financial aid is often viewed primarily as an enrollment expense. But when approached strategically, it becomes one of the most powerful tools for advancing institutional mission, strengthening enrollment outcomes, and improving long-term financial sustainability. In this session, we’ll explore how private schools are reframing financial aid as a strategic investment rather than a discounting exercise.

Using national and regional data, benchmarking insights, and school-based case studies, this session will examine how aid strategy influences accessibility, enrollment stability, net tuition revenue, and resource stewardship. We’ll introduce a practical framework for evaluating financial aid through a net tuition revenue lens, helping school leaders (and boards) better understand the relationship between aid allocation, mission alignment, and financial health. We will also discuss common pitfalls—including over-awarding and unsustainable discounting—and share approaches schools are using to align aid strategy with broader enrollment and institutional goals. Attendees will leave with actionable insights, discussion frameworks, and strategic questions they can immediately apply within their own schools and leadership teams.
