Webinar: The EdTech Checkup: Diagnosing the Health of Technology in Your School

This session uses a “doctor’s visit” framework to help school leaders assess the overall health of their EdTech ecosystem—without requiring deep technical expertise. As schools continue to invest heavily in technology, many still face challenges with reliability, risk management, and instructional impact. Participants will explore three core diagnostic areas: Infrastructure Vital Signs (device lifecycle and network reliability), Governance & Risk Health (acceptable use, data responsibility, and AI readiness), and Instructional Alignment (ensuring technology investments support teaching and learning). Rather than focusing on specific tools, this session equips leaders with practical indicators, common warning signs, and key questions to guide evaluation and decision-making. The session concludes by highlighting how structured IT and EdTech assessments can serve as preventative care—helping schools identify risks early, prioritize resources, and make more strategic, informed investments.
