Webinar: Mission, Margin, and Mayhem: Governing in the Age of AI and Vouchers

AI and vouchers are coming for your business model: one cuts costs, the other adds strings. Together they test what “independence” really costs. In this session, we’ll look at how school leaders can think ahead without overreacting, balance mission with margin, and stay in the driver’s seat when everyone else is reaching for the wheel. We’ll use governance frameworks, real scenarios, and a little laughter to figure out how you can protect independence without losing your cool, or your balance sheet.
