Join us to learn how to reduce your fiduciary liability through an in-depth discussion of two distinct retirement plan fiduciary responsibilities. This presentation will share strategies plan fiduciaries can utilize to reduce and minimize the risk associated with running a retirement plan, as well as discuss the type of documentation you should be maintaining in your "fiduciary file."
Meet the Speaker
Jack Thompson, CLU is a consultant with a comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, qualified retirement plans, and executive benefit plans. He has worked with J. Smith Lanier & Co. since 2010, where in addition to employee benefit plans, qualified retirement planning, and executive benefits, he also specializes in healthcare reform consulting and voluntary benefit plans and is a registered investment advisor. Jack received his bachelors of business administration from Georgia Southern University and his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from American College.
