Webinar: Keeping Your Team Engaged in 2020
Event Details
Effectively build engagement and collaboration with your team
While distractions abound, school leaders seek to regain momentum and re-energize their team and stakeholders in preparation for the 2020-2021 school year. Questions they face are: How can we get everybody back on the same page? What adjustments should be made to our structure and plans? How can we leverage these circumstances to the benefit of our mission and goals? Culture has always been an important contributor to your success, and now relationships and habits have become even more critical. School Growth and MISBO have collected feedback from a wide range of schools to create and share a new program that will help you more effectively build engagement and collaboration with your team. Invite all of your administrators to join us for a crucial conversation on leading forward in 2020.
