If Your Buildings Could Talk, They’d Have a List of Demands
If your buildings could talk, they wouldn’t whisper—they’d hand you a list of deferred maintenance demands with a firm deadline. Whether you're just thinking about a facilities audit or already swimming in one, this session will help you decode what it all means before panic sets in. Join Damian Kavanagh (MISBO) and Bill Dillard (Building Solutions) to learn what the Facility Condition Index (FCI) is, how to pair it with DASL benchmarking, and how to prioritize the must-do-now items versus what can wait. Plus, we’ll show you how to present it all persuasively to boards and donors. Less stress, more strategy. And maybe fewer buckets catching leaks.
