Meet the Speaker
Jennifer Carroll is an attorney in the Fisher Phillips’ Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Her practice is focused on the area of employment litigation, including all types of discrimination, FLSA and unpaid wage claims, FMLA, whistleblower, and restrictive covenant claims. Jennifer is also a member of the Education Practice Group where she counsels independent and private educational institutions on employee, student, and board matters, in addition to litigating matters on behalf of school clients. In addition to her litigation practice, Jennifer counsels employers and schools on preventive measures, conducts management and employee trainings, compliance audits, and contract review and drafting. Jennifer is also experienced in pre-suit administrative proceedings.

All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
