Meet the Speaker
Kevin Folsom has had a career in educational facility management since 1988. He began his career at Dallas Theological Seminary and left as the Director of Facilities & Plant Operations after 25 years. During his time there he spent a great deal of time and effort working with the international organization APPA: Association of Higher Education Facility Officers, and he is now the Chair of the APPA Codes & Standards Council. He also currently serves as the Director of Campus Operations at Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, Texas (Dallas County), where he has worked since 2013. His responsibilities include facilities planned renewal, utilities management, maintenance, construction, landscaping, janitorial services, event support, fleet management, and shipping and receiving.
Joe Rayburn is the Director of Sales at Building Solutions, where he is responsible for new sales and business development. He brings over 20 years of sales and business development experience in the A/E/C industry. Having come from a consultative background, he is well-versed in the many facets of delivering complex projects and effectively communicating those solutions to clients. Joe has spoken to several educational groups and associations and leads the company’s COVID-19 response team.

Registration
All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.
CPE Credit
MISBO is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
