Webinar: COVID-19 and the “New Normal” for Returning to Campus
Risks associated with returning to campus and proactive measures schools can put in place
In the spring of 2020, schools across the nation were put in the position of pivoting on a dime to transition their in-person programming to distance learning. As social distancing guidelines incrementally relax, schools are looking to the fall to begin planning for a return to campus (if any). Without a vaccine for COVID-19, returning to campus in fall 2020 will likely look much different than any other school year’s beginning. In this session, we will review the risks associated with returning to campus and proactive measures schools can put in place to maintain social distancing. This session will review such issues as permissible student and employee health assessments, addressing return-to-campus anxieties, and preparedness for a new wave of COVID-19 infections.
