Thought leaders will converge upon Miami, October 23-25, at ShiftinEdu. Hosted by St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School, ShiftinEdu is a biennial event that brings together international visionaries who are on the cutting edge of educational innovation. This year will be their fourth time bringing this unique learning experience to a global audience. One aspect that sets this event apart is its “boutique” experience; the ability to interact with big-name speakers in an intimate setting. Aside from the impressive lineup of sessions offered, prior attendees loved the unique networking experiences with a distinct Miami flair, such as morning meditation, runs, yoga, and social networking events.

The event exposes educators to global perspectives and practices in education. Keynote speaker Kim Bearden, Co-founder of the Ron Clark Academy, will share six principles for effective communication that will strengthen an organization's climate and culture. Hamish Brewer, keynote speaker, will speak on all the hard work that goes into the opportunity that comes with being a relentless educator. While the event has speakers from around the world, visionaries of the United States were not overlooked in the lineup.

The event will offer the following tracks: leadership/personal skills, Edtech, contemporary pedagogy, STEAM, Social Emotional Learning and Well-being, and early childhood.
