A Well Executed Executive Search Can be Transformative

While research shows that diverse leadership teams produce better results, those teams are only as good as the hiring processes used to fill open positions. For schools, a well executed executive search can be transformative - but outsourcing that process to a third-party partner is often expensive. In this webinar, attendees will learn critical tips for running better senior admin searches on their own, from start to finish. This session will be packed with invaluable advice and cautionary tales to help schools run more intentional, mission-aligned, and transparent hiring processes.
