Curiosity, Candor, and Kindness - Emotional Well-Being at Work

Today, workplaces have become depositories for disrespect, division and even violence. Employees often complain, grumble, struggle, hang-in-there and muddle through. Management, ownership and human resources are expected to fix the problem. What if the Golden Rule returned to codes of conduct and found its way onto compliance notices and into business etiquette? We have long talked about embracing differences and accepting diversity. What if we give what we want in return? What if we ignite the domino effect from a new starting place? We need fresh and relevant tools that speak to multi-generational work teams. Through this interactive presentation, Curiosity, Candor and Kindness reveals the hidden gems that promote emotional well-being which in turn, increases productivity, improves safety, and cultivates engagement. What the faculty, staff & leadership practice, impacts the students and develops young leaders.
