Tools to help with budgeting, enrollment forecasting, and more
Spreadsheets and DASL and bears, oh my! There are many, many tools that have already been created to help with budgeting, enrollment forecasting, pay equity analysis, PPP loan forgiveness, classroom reconfiguration, and benchmarking for salaries and other expenses. We will look at some of the favorites and dig into how and why to use them - and when to take what they show you with a grain of salt. There will be spreadsheets and there will be DASL - there might also be a bear or two.
Meet the Speaker
Since July 2017, Damian Kavanagh has served as President of MISBO. He has over 20 years of independent school industry experience. Prior to MISBO, Damian spent seven years as a vice president with SAIS where he oversaw the accreditation and membership programs of the association. Prior to joining SAIS, he spent 15 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator at The Westminster Schools of Atlanta, GA. From there, he served as head of school of Cambridge Academy in Greenwood, SC. Damian earned both his BA and MA in Latin literature from the University of Georgia, a specialist degree in education (educational leadership for learning) from Kennesaw State University, and the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives.

All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.
