Inclusive behaviors that identify and disrupt unconscious biases

During this webinar you will learn and practice inclusive behaviors that identify and disrupt unconscious biases that may exist in the team environment. We will uncover and assess individual conscious and unconscious preferences, as well as introduce and practice using the “Four Steps to Challenging Assumptions” tool. This will allow each of us to practice inclusive behaviors to lead, inspire, and sustain dynamic teams.
