Inclusive behaviors that identify and disrupt unconscious biases
During this webinar you will learn and practice inclusive behaviors that identify and disrupt unconscious biases that may exist in the team environment. We will uncover and assess individual conscious and unconscious preferences, as well as introduce and practice using the “Four Steps to Challenging Assumptions” tool. This will allow each of us to practice inclusive behaviors to lead, inspire, and sustain dynamic teams.
MEET THE SPEAKER
Mark Bombaci is a facilitator and coach with over 30 years of training and organization development experience. He has consulted in the public and private sectors, emphasizing diversity and inclusion, leadership, and teamwork. He has consulted with Sodexo, Mobil Corp., the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C., NASA, UAW Ford, and Southern Connecticut State University. He is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies.

All webinars are $50 per session but are FREE to anyone from a MISBO member school. Webinars are one hour in length and begin at 2pm ET.
