Information for Attending Representatives

General Information

  • View the Sponsorship Grid to see all benefits and opportunities for each level
  • What level am I? Check here!
  • Number of reps included:
    • Gold & Silver sponsors may bring two (2) attending representatives and add only 1 additional representative.
    • Bronze sponsors may bring one (1) attending rep and can add only 1 additional representative. 
    • Friend sponsors may bring one (1) attending representative and can not add additional representative. 
    • MISBO will confirm and register your rep(s); please do not register online
  • Exhibit Hall
    • Sponsor setup begins on Wednesday, October 21st, 1:00-5:00 pm, other available times for set-up will be begin at 7am on Thursday morning 
    • The Exhibit Hall opens on Thursday, October 22nd (see schedule below - subject to change please continue to check)
    • Table specifications - see below
  • Attendee lists will be shared with all sponsors digitally as the event approaches
    • Lists will include name, title, organization/school, city, state, and school size
  • Hosted dinners and other events
    • Sponsor-hosted events during stated program times are prohibited; please schedule around the program
    • Thursday evening will be available for sponsor dinners after MISBO on Tap

Sponsor representatives have access to all sessions and meals. They are encouraged to attend and participate.

Exhibit Hall Table Selection

  • Gold & Silver sponsors will be asked to select three options based on availability.
  • Bronze & Friend sponsor tables will be assigned.

Exhibit Tables

  • All sponsors with the exception of Friend sponsors will be provided one 6' table with two chairs. Friend sponsors will be provided a hi-top table only.
    • The hotel has linenless tables - you may bring a table cloth if desired!
    • Complimentary WiFi
    • Electrical access not included - form coming soon to order from the hotel.
  • Location
    • Gold and Silver sponsors will have the opportunity to choose their table location based on availability
    • Bronze and Friend sponsors' table locations will be assigned
  • Display guidelines
    • Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
    • No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
    • Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)

Unloading and Setup Instructions

  • To unload:
    • The loading dock for the hotel is located on 21st Street and Hayes Street.
  • When entering through the main entrance:
    • Follow the walkway to the right of the front desk
    • Go past the coffee shop
    • Continue to go straight and you will see the MISBO registration desk

Logistics Information

Shipping to the hotel

  • Your boxes should not arrive more than 3 days prior to the date required

Shipping from the hotel

  • If you are leaving packages to be shipped, they must be packed and labeled with the proper shipment.
  • FedEx has daily pickups from the hotel Monday - Friday.
  • UPS picks-up must be pre-arranged by the shipper directly with UPS.
  • No COD packages.

Mentions on MISBO's social media are included with sponsorship, with the quantity dependent on your sponsorship level.

Resources to help spread the word for a successful conference! Includes suggested social media posts, event graphics, etc.

Note: Submissions are not required – if nothing is sent, you’ll still get shout-outs with links to your main company website depending on sponsorship level!

The ad sizes are in pixels, not inches.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ads will be online for all attendees to view in the digital program book
  • Ads must be JPG or PNG format
  • Ads are digital and need RGB color space and resolution of 72 ppi
