Information for ATtending Representatives

General Information

  • View the Sponsorship Grid to see all benefits and opportunities for each level
  • What level am I? Check here!
  • Number of reps included:
    • Gold, Silver, & Bronze sponsors may bring two (2) attending representatives
    • Friend sponsors may bring one (1) attending representative
    • MISBO will confirm and register your rep(s); please do not register online
  • Exhibit Hall
    • The Exhibit Hall will take place on Thursday, October 28th (see full schedule below)
    • Setup will be on Wednesday, 12:00-4:30 pm or Thursday, 7:00-8:00 am
    • Table specifications - see below
  • Attendee lists will be shared with all sponsors digitally as the event approaches
    • Lists will include name, title, organization/school, email address, city, state, and school size
  • Hosted dinners and other events
    • Sponsor-hosted events during stated program times are prohibited; please schedule around the program
    • MISBO Board members are not available on Wednesday evening for hosted dinners (attending a Board dinner)

Exhibit Tables

  • All sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with two chairs
    • No linens (linen-free hotel)
    • Complimentary Wi-fi
    • Electrical access not included - email lindsaycuppia@misbo.com to request electricity for $30 per day
  • Location
    • Gold and Silver sponsors will have the opportunity to choose their table location
    • Bronze and Friend sponsors' table locations will be assigned
  • Display guidelines
    • Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
    • No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
    • Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)

Unloading and Setup Instructions

  • If entering through the main entrance:
    • Walk straight through lobby toward lobby bar
    • Walk around the bar and you'll find the MISBO table
    • Staff will direct you to your exhibit table
  • To unload closer to the Exhibit Hall:
    • Pull up on Pine street, where the hotel has the street coned off for temporary parking
    • Unload up a ramp toward the Exhibit Hall area
    • Move car, so the next sponsor can use the unloading space
    • Check in inside and MISBO staff will direct you to your exhibit table

Sourcing Solutions Session

Limited to MISBO Consortium Partners

During this General Session, attendees will take part in four roundtable mini-sessions with MISBO Consortium Partners. You'll have about 8 minutes to talk to each small group, giving the same talk four times in a row. You can explain your company's services, a new featured product, a case study with an independent school, or anything else you want them to know. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with several attendees face to face.

Beer Tasting Event | MISBO On Tap

This year's beer tasting event is open to all sponsors! It will take place on Thursday, 10/28 at 5:00 pm.

Hotel Information

Attending reps are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Logistics information

Shipping to the hotel

  • Shipping address: 801 Pine Street, Chattanooga TN 37402
  • Include "MISBO Conference" and name of hotel guest on box
  • $5 per box handling fee
  • If your boxes arrive before you do, they will be waiting at your exhibit table for you

Mentions on MISBO's social media are included with sponsorship, with the quantity dependent on your sponsorship level.

  • Gold Sponsors: Full page - 5”w x 8”h
  • Silver & Bronze Sponsors: Half page (choice of landscape or portrait)
    • Portrait: 375”w x 8”h

  • Friend Sponsors: Quarter page - 2.375”w x 3.875”h

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ads will be printed in color
  • Ads must have a border or edge; they cannot bleed off the page
  • Ads cannot contain the MISBO logo without written permission
  • Submit as high-res PDF, EPS, or TIF

Sponsor Showcase Slideshow

Gold, Silver, & Bronze Sponsors only

This slideshow will be shown during meals and other non-session times during the event, as an extra way to showcase your sponsorship. We will collect information we don't already have at a later date, so that MISBO can build these slides.

Slides may include: 

  • Your company name and logo
  • Headshots, names, titles of your reps
  • Your Exhibit Hall table number
  • Your biggest selling points
