Information for ATtending Representatives

General Information

  • Number of reps included:
    • Gold, Silver, & Bronze sponsors may bring two (2) attending representatives
    • Friend sponsors may bring one (1) attending representative
    • MISBO will confirm and register your rep(s); please do not register online
  • Exhibit Hall
    • The Exhibit Hall will take place on Thursday, October 26th (see full schedule below)
    • Setup will be on Wednesday, 2:00-4:30 pm or after the opening reception, or Thursday prior to start of Exhibit Hall 
    • Table specifications - see below
  • Attendee lists will be shared with all sponsors digitally as the event approaches
    • Lists will include name, title, organization/school, email address, city, state, and school size
  • Hosted dinners and other events
    • Sponsor-hosted events during stated program times are prohibited; please schedule around the program
    • MISBO Board members are not available on Wednesday evening for hosted dinners (attending a Board dinner)

Exhibit Hall Table Selection

  • Gold & Silver sponsors will be asked to select three options based on availability.
  • Bronze & Friend sponsor tables will be assigned.

Exhibit Tables

  • All sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with two chairs
    • No linens provided but tables look nice (linen-free hotel) - you may bring a table cloth if desired!
    • Complimentary WiFi
    • Electrical access not included - complete this form and submit to the hotel directly.
  • Location
    • Gold and Silver sponsors will have the opportunity to choose their table location based on availability
    • Bronze and Friend sponsors' table locations will be assigned
  • Display guidelines
    • Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
    • No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
    • Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)

Unloading and Setup Instructions

  • To unload:
    • Pull up to hotel entrance just beyond valet parking line.
    • Unload up a ramp toward the main entrance.
    • Move car, so the next sponsor can use the unloading space
    • Check in inside and staff/volunteers will direct you to your exhibit table

  • When entering through the main entrance:
    • Use escalators on your left to the Mezzanine level.
    • MISBO sponsor check-in table at the top of the escalator.
    • Staff/volunteers will direct you to your exhibit table

Limited to selected MISBO Consortium Partners

During this General Session, attendees will take part in four roundtable mini-sessions with MISBO Consortium Partners. You'll have about 8 minutes to talk to each small group, giving the same talk four times in a row. You can explain your company's services, a new featured product, a case study with an independent school, or anything else you want them to know. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with several attendees face to face!

Beer Tasting Event | MISBO On Tap

Time: Thursday, 10/24, 5:00 - 6:15 pm

Location: Hyatt Regency Greenville -  Belleair Ballroom

Cost: (2) Free to all registered sponsor representatives. If planning to attend, please RSVP to lisaflowers@misbo.com

Attending reps are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements.

MISBO encourages all attendees to act in the best interests of their own well-being, and that of their fellow conference participants. If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been exposed to anyone who tested positive, please do not attend the conference. Logistics information

Shipping to the hotel

  • Shipping address: Hyatt Regency Greenville,
  • Include - Reference: "MISBO Conference", your name, company name, and booth number
  • $5 per box handling fee (less than 50lbs); $10 per box (50 - 75lbs); $20 per box (75 - 100lbs);  $100 per pallet/skid
  • If you are shipping multiple boxes (5 or more large boxes) please have them shipped on a pallet
  • Place this form along with your shipping label on each package
  • Indicate any special terms on your freight shipments, i.e. FRAGILE
  • Your boxes should not arrive more than 2 days prior to the date required
  • When you arrive at the hotel let the front desk know you have a package in shipping/receiving.

Shipping From the Hotel

FedEx is the Hyatt's preferred shipping vendor. All materials must be sealed and properly labeled. Outbound shipping will be handled by the hotel's shipping department and bell stand. The appropriate shipping forms but be completed and attached to each box. Blank shipping labels can be found at the Bell Stand.

  • Friend Sponsors: Quarter page - 2.375”w x 3.875”h

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ads will be printed in color
  • Ads must have a border or edge; they cannot bleed off the page
  • Ads cannot contain the MISBO logo without written permission
