- Gold and Silver sponsors may bring two (2) attending representatives
- Bronze sponsors may bring one (1) attending representative
- Attendee lists will be shared with all sponsors digitally as the event approaches

Shipping to the hotel
Include the following information on all packages to ensure proper delivery:

- Attn: Name of recipient, company name and date of arrival

- Limit the delivery of packages to three (3) days prior to the event
- The front desk will receive/hold all packages.
SHIPPING FROM THE HOTEL
- You must schedule your pick-up with the carrier of your choice
- Take all packages to the front desk
Exhibit Tables
- All sponsors will be provided one 6' table with two chairs
- No linens provided but tables look nice (linen-free hotel) - you may bring a table cloth if desired!
- Complimentary WiFi in the meeting area
- Display guidelines
- Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
- No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
- Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)

Program Book Advertisements
Your sponsorship include an ad in our digital program book!
- Gold Sponsors: 300 x 250 px, 160 x 600 px
- Silver & Bronze Sponsors: 180 x 150 px, 728x 90
The ad sizes are in pixels, not inches.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Ads will be online for all attendees to view in the digital program book
- Ads must be JPG or PNG format
- Ads are digital and need RGB color space and resolution of 72 ppi
Social Media Shoutouts
Mentions on MISBO's social media are included with sponsorship, with the quantity dependent on your sponsorship level.
Submissions are required – send any graphics and copy to kellycoggins@misbo.com along with any tagging information.
Note: Submissions are not required – if nothing is sent, you’ll still get shoutouts with links to your main company website!
