Jessica Gomez is a Human Resources Client Executive for OneDigital. She has worked in the Human Resources field for 15 years, with more than half of them being in the HR consulting space. Jessica is a true HR Generalist but enjoys working with clients to develop effective policies and procedures, handle employee relations, and provide coaching and performance management.

Jessica holds a master’s degree from Penn State University as well as her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Jess enjoys traveling with her family, trying new restaurants, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
