Your Session
Session Timing and Notes
All sessions are scheduled for 1 hour. Below is a guideline for your session, but feel free to change up the flow if needed.
- 15 minutes prior to session: Find your session room and start setting up; prepare and test technology with MISBO staff
- First 2-3 minutes: Volunteer will wait for any stragglers to join the room, then they will introduce you
- 50-55 minutes: Your presentation
- If your session allows, please offer your audience a chance to go outside and take a short mask break
- 5-10 minutes: Discussion and Q&A
Download any videos for your presentation ahead of time, rather than using the internet. It is best not to rely on internet during your presentation.

Please use this branded template for your slides.
Submit Your Presentation Slides
Submit your slides and any handouts here. Please submit your slides at least 3 days prior to your presentation. We need this as a backup in case your technology decides not to work! And slides will be shared with attendees after the event.
