Your Session

Session Timing

All sessions are scheduled for 1 hour. Below is a guideline for your session, but feel free to add additional discussion time if needed.

    • 15 minutes prior to session:  Find your session room and start setting up; prepare and test technology with MISBO staff or volunteer
    • First 2-3 minutes:  Volunteer will wait for any stragglers to join the room, then they will introduce you
    • 50-55 minutes:  Your presentation
      • At some point, offer your audience a chance to go outside and take a 5-minute mask break
    • 5-10 minutes:  Discussion and Q&A
