Katy Blessing

Katy Blessing serves as the Data & Technology Manager at MISBO, where she stewards the organization’s data strategy, technology systems, and reporting efforts. Working across departments, she helps ensure organizational data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful while identifying opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. She also serves as a technology resource for staff, supporting MISBO’s business systems, reporting and analytics, and technology adoption.

Before joining MISBO, Katy worked with the USDA Agricultural Research Service’s Talent Outreach Branch, first as an Outreach Intern and later as an Outreach Specialist. In this role, she supported efforts to increase awareness of career opportunities within ARS and attract talented, well-qualified applicants to the agency.

Katy graduated from the University of Vermont in 2023 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. She also earned minors in Studio Art and Community and International Development. In her free time, Katy enjoys reading, hiking, and oil painting.
