Professional Bio
Kaleigh is a mission-driven leader in nonprofit management and education, currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at MISBO. In this role, she leads the strategic planning and execution of conferences, workshops, webinars, and regional programming designed to support the professional growth of independent school leaders. She also oversees event logistics and continuing education compliance, with a focus on delivering high-quality, engaging experiences for members across the Southeast and beyond. In 2024, she was honored as one of the American Society Association Executives' Top 25 Next Generation of Association Leaders.
With over a decade of experience in organizational growth, operational excellence, and program innovation, Kaleigh brings a strong foundation in continuing education, instructional design, and digital marketing across the nonprofit and education sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University and an M.A. in Behavioral and Organizational Psychology from Kean University. In addition to her professional pursuits, Kaleigh loves spending time with family, playing soccer, and reading mystery novels.
