Registration

I've already registered, but I want to bring more of my colleagues for free with my PowerPass. How do I do that?
The more the merrier! Your PowerPass grants your entire school access to the conference! Click here, then enter the quantity you're registering next to the PowerPass ticket option. Fill in the new registrants' information, then use promo code ACPOWER to make your transaction free! 


Event Home Base | Your Home for the Conference

How do I access the Event Home Base?
If you've registered for the conference, you should have received a login invitation from no-reply@mg.map-dynamics.com with generated login credentials. Visit the Event Home Base and login to edit your profile and start exploring! 

I didn't receive a login invitation for the Event Home Base. What should I do?
First, check your junk folder just in case! Next, visit Event Home Base and reset your password. If you're still not having luck, contact Cheryl Goode at cherylgoode@misbo.com or 404-921-3814. 

I didn't receive my password reset email from the Event Home Base. What should I do?

Is my login the same as my login for misbo.com?
No, it is unique to the conference. (We recommend using your misbo.com password so you remember it!)

What will I find on the Event Home Base?
The Event Home Base has everything you need to experience the MISBO Annual Conference! It includes session details, session meeting links, and a virtual exhibit hall with relevant sponsors that serve independent schools. Not to mention access to our MISBO On Tap Beer Tasting, Cook-Along with Chef Jet Tila, and more fun surprises!

Do I need to log in to the Event Home Base to access sessions?
Yes! Think of the Event Home Base as the host hotel for the conference. You need to go there in order to attend sessions! You may click on the meeting link on the day of the session OR use "Add to Calendar" ahead of time to have all the links at your fingertips.

Can I make a personalized schedule in the Event Home Base?
Yes! When viewing the schedule, click the star on each session you're interested in. Then click "Filter My View" to show only your bookmarks on the schedule.


Zoom

Will we be using Zoom during the conference?
Yes! We know Zoom fatigue is a real thing, so we have added a lot of fun ideas and great new features that will keep things exciting. The sessions will be fantastic professional development for your team, plus there's so much more to explore during the event! Be sure to check out Meet Your Peeps mini-sessions, MISBO After Hours social events, the Virtual Exhibit Hall, and Sourcing Solutions!

Will I be on video during the conference?
Only if you want to be! We encourage you to be on video in order to engage in some of the fun activities we have planned. Most sessions won't require it, but some instances like the Meet Your Peeps session and interactions with sponsors will be optimal times to be on video. But if you'd rather not, feel free to keep it off.

Which version of Zoom do I need?
Version 5.3 has some great new features we plan to use during the conference. Make sure to download it ahead of time! If you're unable to download it for any reason, fear not! We can work with that, too. :)
