You read that right. MISBO wants a few brave souls to lend us your thoughts — the good, the bad, and the gloriously opinionated.

Because here’s the thing: we think our members are pretty brilliant. You’re out there juggling budgets, benefits, buses, and about twelve thousand other things that keep your school running. You’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what makes you roll your eyes just a little. That’s the real gold.

What’s the Gig?

We’re forming a small group of members who will help us shape the future of MISBO — no title, no pressure, no prep work. You’ll:

• Join one Zoom call per quarter (promise: one hour, max).

• Answer no more than one quick email survey per month (we know, your inbox is already judging us).

That’s it. No committees. No minutes. No bylaws. No guilt.

The Commitment

It’s a one-year term, with an easy option to renew each year if you’re having fun (and we think you will).

What We Want

• Your honesty. Your perspective. Your unfiltered “here’s what I really think.”
• Cheerleaders, skeptics, pragmatists, and wild dreamers — all welcome.

We’re not looking for another “yes” group. We’re looking for the truth. (And a little laughter while we’re at it.)
