Payment & Cancellations
Invoice, ACH, or credit card payments are accepted. The form defaults to credit, but you can select ACH and invoice. Credit card payments will incur a fee.
All sponsorships are non-refundable. We understand life happens, and sometimes the best laid plans go awry. If, for some reason, you aren’t going to be able to join us for the annual conference after all, we want to work with you, and we’ve made it easy: your sponsorship dollars can be rolled over into any MISBO event that occurs before the end of our fiscal year, June 30, 2027. Some fine print: there are no sponsorship refunds, and you must notify us in writing by July 1, 2026, to take advantage of the replacement policy. By registering, sponsors acknowledge and accept this policy.

Exhibit Tables
- Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with two chairs. Friend sponsors will be provided a round high-top table.
- No linens provided but tables look nice (linen-free hotel) - you may bring a tablecloth if desired!
- Complimentary WiFi in the meeting space.
- Electrical access not included – you will receive information on access details on the sponsor resource page.
- Display guidelines
- Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths.
- No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table.
- Standing signage is permitted behind the table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide).
On-site Sponsor Representative
- Registration is included as follows: Gold (3), Silver (2), Bronze (1), Friends (1).
- Tables will be a 6ft table with 2 chairs or a high-top table.
- Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors may add one (1) additional representative, pending availability. Friend sponsors are not eligible to add additional representatives. Space is limited, and requests for additional representatives may be declined.
Exhibit Hall Table Selection
- Booth placement will be assigned based on sponsorship level and date of registration.
- Gold & Silver sponsors will be asked to select three options based on availability.
- All other sponsor levels will have their tables assigned.
