Description: St. Andrew's-Sewanee School's leadership, architect, and project manager went through a very successful master planning experience. Initially, the school was actively engaged with their strategic plan. Aware of their financial limitation, the possibility of a grant forced the school to start the master plan process before the completion of their strategic plan. This caused some discord among committee members and staff, resulting in the need for understanding and comprehension of the master planning process and its overall effect on the future of the campus. This session will explain the important role each member played, highlight lessons learned, and reveal key aspects to the project’s success.
