ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEAD TEACHER
Elementary School Lead Teacher
St. Martin’s Episcopal School seeks a culturally competent and responsive faculty member to teach Elementary School for the 2019-2020 academic school year. This position will likely teach 1st or 2nd grade and work closely with an Elementary School Teaching Assistant. Strong preference is for a lively educator who has obtained a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and/or has significant teaching experience with elementary-age students. The ideal candidate will have a genuine ability to “connect” with students and be comfortable incorporating the use of various technologies to support student learning. Desire to plan and work collaboratively on a team is essential. Faculty must be willing to actively participate in committees and school-life outside the classroom. Interest in coaching and/or advising clubs is a plus.
