Payment & Cancellations

Payments can be made by invoice, ACH, or credit card. The form defaults to credit, but you can select ACH and invoice. 

Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to diannesagaas@misbo.com before October 1st will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations received after October 1st will not receive a refund, but may be eligible to sponsor a different MISBO event.

Exhibit Tables
  • Most sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with two chairs based on sponsorship level you choose
    • No linens provided but tables look nice (linen-free hotel) - you may bring a tablecloth if desired!
    • Complimentary WiFi in the meeting space
    • Electrical access not included – you will receive information when you register.
  • Display guidelines
    • Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
    • No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
    • Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)
On-site Sponsor Representative
  • Registration is included for up to 2 representatives 
  • Table will be a 6ft table with 2 chairs or a high-top table 
  • Only 1 additional representative can be added to specific sponsorship levels
Exhibit Hall Table Selection
  • Booth placement will be assigned based on sponsorship level
  • Gold & Silver sponsors will be asked to select three options based on availability.
  • All other sponsor levels will have their tables assigned.
