Payment & Cancellations
Invoice, ACH, or credit card payments are accepted. The form defaults to credit, but you can select ACH and invoice.
All sponsorships are non-refundable. We understand that life happens, and sometimes the best-laid plans go awry. If, for some reason, you aren’t going to be able to join us for the Summer Conference after all, we want to work with you, and we’ve made it easy: your sponsorship dollars can be rolled over into any MISBO event that occurs before April 30, 2027. Some fine print: there are no sponsorship refunds, and you must notify us in writing by May 1, 2026, to take advantage of the replacement policy. By registering, sponsors acknowledge and accept this policy.

Exhibit Tables
- Most sponsors will be provided one 6'x30" table with two chairs based on sponsorship level you choose
- Complimentary WiFi in the meeting space
- Electrical access not included – you will receive information when you register.
- Display guidelines
- Displays should be tabletop only - no full booths
- No signage that may obscure another sponsor's table
- Standing signage is permitted behind table only (maximum 8' tall x 8' wide)
On-site Sponsor Representative
- Registration is included for 1 or 2 representatives, depending on your sponsorship levels.
- Table will be a 6ft table with 2 chairs or a high-top table
- Only 1 additional representative can be added to specific sponsorship levels
Exhibit Hall Table Selection
- Booth placement will be assigned based on sponsorship level
- Gold sponsors will be asked to select three options based on availability.
- All other sponsor levels will have their tables assigned.
