Submit Your Slides
Submit your presentation slides by June 1st. We will be loading all presentations onto a Woodward Academy laptop, which you will then use for your presentation. Slides will also be shared with attendees after the event.

Presentations
We will have your presentation loaded on the Woodward laptop, which is connected to the projector. If you would prefer to use your own laptop, please let me know ahead of time so we can be prepared!
Room Setup
Both session rooms have a theater setup with “stadium seating” and long tables for the audience. Speakers will be at the front of the room where there is a podium with laptop and a wireless microphone. Two or three screens will show your presentation. Most often speakers will stand, but we can easily add chairs if you would prefer – just let us know on site.
Materials
The session room is equipped with:
- laptop
- projector and screens
- slide advancer
- microphone and speakers
- white board
- flip chart and markers

Sunday's Reception, Dinner, and Opening Session will be held at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel (information below).
All sessions on Monday and Tuesday will be held at Woodward Academy.

Transportation
Hotel Free Airport Shuttle
- From the tram, follow signs to ground transportation/hotel shuttles. The hotel picks up in zones 9 - 13 on the hour and half hour from 4am to 2am daily.
Getting to Woodward Academy
- Woodward will provide bus transportation to/from the hotel.
- If driving, enter campus at the main entrance on Rugby Avenue and the parking lot will be on your right.
Parking at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel
- $15/night self-parking for hotel guests
- Complimentary parking passes are available for those coming to the hotel on Sunday evening only
