Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Ensworth is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator to further the mission of the school by processing all payroll and employee benefits activities and assisting the Director of Human Resources with various Human Resources (HR) matters. This candidate will be a highly analytical problem-solver with expertise in employment law, employee benefits, database management and record keeping. He/she will be a self-motivated individual committed to ensuring that all payroll and benefit needs of faculty and staff are met while also developing and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party vendors. Applicants should exhibit advanced understanding and ability to use computers and technology including Microsoft Windows and Office products, basic office equipment, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
