ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL AID COORDINATOR
Assistant Director, Enrollment Management and Financial Aid Coordinator
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid Coordinator serves as the Registrar for the school and is responsible for: database management; producing timely and accurate reports when requested; scheduling school visits and meetings for prospective families; helping plan and represent the school at various admission related events throughout the year; leading school tours for prospective parents when needed; as well as supporting the function of financial aid. This position works closely with the Director of Enrollment Management to expand and strengthen relationships with St. Martin’s Episcopal School (SMES) parents, prospective families, and other external constituents. This position will also work to foster relationships with faculty and colleagues to gain an understanding of the key highlights happening at SMES in each grade level.
