Professional Bio
Kathleen has over 14 years of experience as a director of human resources in two independent school settings, currently serving at The Children’s School in Atlanta. Prior to working in schools, she spent eight years in corporate human resources as an employment recruiter and as an HR generalist. She has served as co-leader for regular gatherings of Atlanta independent school HR directors for the past three years.
