Mr Rollings, SPHR and CSRM, is president of School Office Services (SOS). For the past 13 years, SOS has provided HR and risk management support to business officers of 400 independent schools throughout the country. Bill has provided training to business officer groups, including NBOA, PAISBOA, ISBOA, and MISBO. Bill has provided leadership training to individual schools and to the Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools.
